Parents and Alumnae

Parents:
Dear Parents,
As always we want to thank you for your support of Alpha Delta Pi and all the girls involved. Your support means so much to all of us here in the Beta Epsilon chapter at the University of South Carolina. Allowing your daughter to participate in ADPi continually makes our chapter the best it can be and also one of the best in the country. Our success does not only come from the dedication of all the girls involved, but you, their parents, as well. Your volunteer efforts, donations, and encouragement continually help our chapter reach for the highest levels of success. We depend on your help and want all of the girls’ parents to be involved as much as they can!

In order to facilitate parent involvement, each semester Alpha Delta Pi promotes the growth of Parent’s Club, Parent’s Weekend, and social events such as the Parent’s Luncheon. The ADPi Gamecock Parent’s Club lends both physical and monetary support to the chapter through workdays, social events, fundraising activities, and much more. Involvement in the Parent’s Club allows friendships between parents of our sisters to develop and grow. Additionally, events are held each semester that parents are able to attend. Every spring, Parent’s Weekend is held. Parent’s Weekend is a three daylong event where parents come spend time with their daughter and her friends, all while supporting ADPi. This year, Alpha Delta Pi also held a Parent’s Luncheon. At the luncheon, Chef Tony prepared a delicious meal for each girl and her family. This was a great experience for the families of our sisters to come out and support Alpha Delta Pi.

Please check our website often for updates on social events, pictures, and videos! Our website is created with you in mind and we would love to hear your feedback!

Thanks again for your support and everything that you do!

Alumnae:
Congratulations to Beta Epsilon Alumnae Ashley Rivers, runner-up for the Dorothy Shaw Leadership Award at the 160th Annual Grand Convention. This award is given to collegiate women who parallel the kindred spirit and unselfish service of Dorothy Shaw. These women strive to live the tenets of our Creed, committing themselves not only to scholastics, but also to campus activities, service to the community, and oftentimes, internships and work.
